NPD Coordinator

To support with growth we are now seeking a NPD Coordinator, reporting to the Innovation Manager, this role supports the development and optimisation of the Company’s product range in line with the strategy defined by the business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the link between our Belgian factory and all the major retailers in the UK you will be the main point of contact from brief to launch, ensuring that good communication is maintained between internal and external parties.
  • Be the customers main point of contact for tender, and requests. Populate information to provide accurate replies in a timely manner.
  • Run the Ambient project meeting, populate the minutes and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Be a pivotal contact between all departments to ensure a smooth launch of the new products or changes. Ensuring robust timeline are agreed and communicate to ensure expectations are managed.
  • Manage end to end packaging development with the right process and legal checks through to sign off either for development projects and design or legal updates.
  • Organise samples with the Belgian team accordingly to customer requests.
  • Working closely with the Chilled project team to support the project management.
  • Support the Development Team with the project coordination
  • Support the Chilled project meeting, populate the minutes and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Receive and manage the customer requests for business approval including request/EDP tracker.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and therefore will be aware of the expectation to be professionally mature and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence, convince and motivate others.

  • Project Management experience
  • Prioritisation and handling complexity: capacity and capability to lead and deliver multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Hands on attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised and achieve results within tight deadlines.

Location

The role is based in our factory in Frome near Bath and Bristol
